Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

Because all products sold through RadVeritas are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Returns

Digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.

For this reason, RadVeritas does not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the wrong product

• Purchasing by mistake

• Failure to read the product description

• No longer needing the product

• Compatibility issues that were disclosed before purchase

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be provided if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.

• The download file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You are unable to access the purchased product because of a technical issue that RadVeritas cannot resolve.

• You received the incorrect digital product.

Whenever possible, RadVeritas will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or correcting the technical problem.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Please include:

• Your name

• Order number

• Email address used during purchase

• Description of the issue

• Screenshots or error messages, if applicable

Unauthorized Distribution

All digital products are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing a product grants a non-transferable license for personal or authorized organizational use only unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, uploading, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
